Our cancellation policy applies to all registration types, inclusive of Just Ride, Ride Plus+, Team RELAY and all variations of the All-In Packages.
We know things don’t always go to plan, if for any reason you need to cancel your booking, you will be able to do this by contacting us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org . Providing that this is no later than 10 weeks before the ride date, you will be eligible to receive a refund minus a 15% admin fee on the registration value paid. (Note Eventrac booking fee/card payment charges are non refundable in any instance)
In the event of the ride being postponed or cancelled by the organisers, your bookings will be eligible to carry forward to the next ride date at no extra cost.
Please note that third party services such as Return travel, separate Bag transfers, Italia packages, etc, which our booked via our partners (eg European Cycle Events) are subject to the partners separate T&C’s regarding payment, refunds and cancellations.
Note that all ITALIA route registrations are via third party partners, and are not covered by these aforementioned refund and cancellation terms. Please refer to partners separate T&C’s.
