Our cancellation policy applies to all registration types, inclusive of Just Ride, Best Value Rider and all variations of the All-In Packages.
We know things don’t always go to plan, if for any reason you need to cancel your booking, you will be able to do this by contacting us by email, providing this is no later than 6 weeks before the ride date. You will be eligible to receive a refund minus a 15% admin fee.
In the event of the ride being postponed or cancelled, your bookings will be eligible to carry forward to the next ride date at no extra cost, or alternatively you can request for a refund minus a 15% admin fee.
