Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy applies to all registration types for UK events (UK South, UK North, & Ireland), inclusive of Just Ride, Ride Plus+, Team RELAY and all variations of the All-In Packages. It also applies to our UK events extra services booked such as return coach travel and additional bag transfer services.

We know things don’t always go to plan, if for any reason you need to cancel your booking, you will be able to do this by contacting us by email at chasethesun.org@gmail.com . Providing that this is no later than 10 weeks before the ride date, you will be eligible to receive a refund minus a 15% admin fee on the registration value paid. (Note Eventrac booking fee/card payment charges are non refundable in any instance)

In the event of the ride being postponed or cancelled by the organisers, your bookings will be eligible to carry forward to the next ride date at no extra cost.

Please note that all Chase The Sun ITALIA event registrations are via third party partners, and are not covered by these aforementioned refund and cancellation terms. Please refer to the partners separate T&C’s upon booking.
